Providers at Northeast Regional Family Medicine coordinate primary care for individual patients or the entire family, from infants to seniors. Doctors and nurses treat a range of acute and chronic illnesses that affect the health of the whole family, from children to adults and seniors.
As a primary care provider, family practice physicians are at the center of each patient's care, working collaboratively with specialists and other health care professionals to provide seamless medical care. The family medicine team provides a range of preventive, diagnostic and treatment services, including:
